Junior Founder Associate

3mdeb is a globally recognized consulting laboratory specializing in firmware and system security. They develop open-source firmware (Dasharo) for computer manufacturers, conduct training for engineers (PET/OST2), and build an ecosystem around computing infrastructure security (BSMConf). Their clients include hardware manufacturers from Europe and North America such as Protectli, NovaCustom, TUXEDO, and PC Engines.

Required:

• Excellent work organization and time management skills
• Very good English proficiency (minimum B2, preferably C1)
• Ability to work with documents and presentations using Markdown, Git, CryptPad, Nextcloud, and other tools (training provided if needed)
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Independence and proactivity in problem-solving
• Experience working in IT or technology environments
• Quick learning ability for new tools and processes
• Practical skills using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for research, writing, analysis, and automation
• Discretion and responsibility handling sensitive company information

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Linux (terminal, file system navigation)
• Experience with Git and code repositories
• Interest in open-source, security, or firmware
• Experience conducting meetings or presentations
• Familiarity with project management tools (Gitea, Jira, Trello)
• Ability to assess and verify AI-generated results

Supporting the Founder (priority):

• Manage calendar and priorities including scheduling meetings and avoiding conflicts
• Coordinate information flow within the company ensuring timely communication
• Resolve operational issues before they reach the founder

Client and Partner Support:

• Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinate implementations
• Handle ongoing client inquiries and escalations
• Support dispute and complaint resolution
• Participate in meetings with clients and partners as support for the founder

Material Preparation:

• Prepare presentations for conferences and client meetings
• Conduct research for current tasks including market, competition, and technology analysis
• Prepare summaries and briefings before meetings
• Edit and proofread technical and business documents in Polish and English

Meeting Coordination:

• Organize and lead internal meetings
• Prepare agendas and meeting notes
• Track implementation of decisions and action items

Development (over time):

• Take responsibility for selected company processes
• Participate in technical projects (documentation, testing, configuration)
• Represent the company at selected industry events
• Build relationships with clients and the open-source community
