Data Analyst

Empik also provides access to digital content, event tickets, and inspiring experiences. The IT team consists of about 200 specialists working on the future of retail and entertainment.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (data analyst, business analyst)
• Higher education degree, preferably in finance, economics, business, or data analysis-related fields
• Very good knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Query; Python and SQL are welcome
• Ability to collaborate with business teams, analyze needs, deliver data, and communicate results
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for complex analytical challenges

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or working with sales platforms

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Perform data analyses for sales departments
• Collaborate closely with business users to analyze needs, deliver data, and respond to inquiries
• Visualize data and present analysis results clearly to business stakeholders
• Automate reporting and analytical processes using Python and Power Query
