We’re hiring a Senior PTP Process Specialist to join our Purchase to Pay (PTP) team. This role offers broad exposure to finance, procurement, and systems, with direct reporting to the AP and T&E Operations Manager. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support process governance, performance tracking, operational improvements, and process continuity in a changing system landscape. The role also includes partnering with a service provider to ensure consistent and effective delivery of PTP services.
Wymagania
- Solid experience in AP or PTP processes in a global or regional setting
- Familiarity with SAP (S/4HANA or Ariba preferred)
- Solid ownership and ability to work independently
- Advanced communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process transformation, migrations, or ERP rollouts
- Ability to lead small projects and support change management activities
- Fluent English (written and spoken, minimum B2); an additional language would be beneficial
- Ability to create clear training materials and practical process guidance
Obowiązki
- Support testing and deployment of new PTP tools and environments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Ariba)
- Coordinate change-related activities with IT, finance, procurement, and local business teams
- Contribute to governance setup, including SLA/KPI frameworks and process measurement
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making
- Contribute to operational planning through data analysis and process insights
- Lead small-scale initiatives and support knowledge sharing across the team
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Partner with the service provider to maintain operational excellence and compliance
- Deliver process trainings and workshops supporting process adoption
