Junior Data Governance Analyst

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a client in the data management and governance field. The position is based in Kraków and involves working in an international and well-known tobacco company.

• Strong interest in data governance, data management, and data quality topics
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations
• Familiarity or willingness to learn tools such as Atlan, LeanIX, or similar data catalog/governance platforms
• Ability to translate business needs into structured documentation and training materials
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
• Experience in training delivery, onboarding, or knowledge sharing is a strong asset
• Knowledge of Power BI and VBA

Nice to have:

• Experience in preparing project documentation for foreign markets

• Support change management activities related to governance tools, processes, and new requirements
• Assist in audits, data assessment, and governance initiatives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of governance policies and processes
• Act as a key interface between Data Analysts and Data Governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and tools (LeanIX, Atlan, EDP)
• Provide user support and training related to data governance processes and tools, actively participate in training materials preparations
• Execute periodical quality checks, content review, and cleaning on the KPIs in respective governance tools (Atlan, LeanIX)
• Actively participate in Atlan workflow new capability demands creation to ensure Data Governance requirements are integrated into new design
