Our client is a well-established international company operating in the mobility and transportation sector.
Wymagania
- Hands-on experience working with Comarch ERP XL
- Experience as a Key User, ERP Specialist, ERP Support Specialist or ERP Consultant
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes across logistics, warehousing, procurement, service and sales operations
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with ERP implementations or rollouts
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools
- Knowledge of process mapping and documentation
- German language skills
Obowiązki
- Supporting and improving the Comarch ERP XL environment
- Acting as a key point of contact for business users
- Participating in ERP implementation and rollout activities
- Conducting functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Analysing and optimizing business processes
- Preparing user documentation and training materials
- Delivering end-user training sessions
- Coordinating cooperation between business teams, IT and external partners
- Supporting incident resolution and continuous system improvement initiatives
