Administrator systemu Comarch ERP XL

Our client is a well-established international company operating in the mobility and transportation sector.

• Hands-on experience working with Comarch ERP XL
• Experience as a Key User, ERP Specialist, ERP Support Specialist or ERP Consultant
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes across logistics, warehousing, procurement, service and sales operations
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP implementations or rollouts
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools
• Knowledge of process mapping and documentation
• German language skills

• Supporting and improving the Comarch ERP XL environment
• Acting as a key point of contact for business users
• Participating in ERP implementation and rollout activities
• Conducting functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Analysing and optimizing business processes
• Preparing user documentation and training materials
• Delivering end-user training sessions
• Coordinating cooperation between business teams, IT and external partners
• Supporting incident resolution and continuous system improvement initiatives
