Koordynator/Koordynatorka / Lider/Liderka Zespołu Testów (QA)

Gi BPO Finance sp. z o.o. is a company operating in the financial sector, with experience in banking, leasing, AML, and scoring systems.

• Minimum 4–5 years of software testing experience, including at least 2–3 years in a leader/coordinator/test manager role
• Practical skills in building test strategies and planning end-to-end tests
• Very good knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, automation tools (e.g., Selenium), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge of programming languages (Java or Python) sufficient to work with automated tests
• Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and knowledge of REST
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience in building and developing test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber)
• Experience working with financial industry systems (banking, leasing, AML, scoring)

• Plan, organize, and supervise the testing process (maintenance and projects)
• Manage the full end-to-end testing cycle, including regression, UAT, smoke, and hotfix tests
• Coordinate and conduct acceptance tests (UAT) in cooperation with the business
• Oversee preparation of manual and automated test scenarios and cases
• Monitor testing progress and report on quality and risks
• Manage defect handling process (triage, prioritization, monitoring) and identify risks
• Support deployments (go-live) and verify quality post-deployment
• Coordinate the work of the testing team; personnel matters and periodic evaluations are handled by the Department Manager
