Content Administrator (K/M)

• Attention to detail and process thinking with a focus on proposing improvements.

• Coordinate and manage content emission in digital signage networks from brief to monitoring and status reporting.
• Verify materials for emission according to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor device and emission status, reporting and escalating issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams (Technical Solutions/Help Desk) on tickets and implementations.
• Manage task backlog using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana, including prioritization and status reporting.
• Improve ongoing operational processes by seeking solutions.
• Work with the SIGNIO platform and participate in its user-perspective improvements.
• Participate in automation projects for content creation and distribution, including requirements gathering and testing.
