ServiceNow Technical Consultant

ITFS is offering a long-term cooperation opportunity for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant working 100% remotely.

• Documented experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including key modules (ITSM and HRSD).
• Practical skills in programming and configuring solutions (flows, scripting, Service Catalog, UI customization, UI Builder).
• Proficiency in writing ServiceNow-specific scripts based on JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, Data Stream, and managing data sources.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ability to align solutions with best market practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs following best practices.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and automations (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM).
• Develop and customize applications including scripting (Business Rules, UI Policies, APIs) and designing solutions in Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and various data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide advice on ITIL processes and platform capabilities.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, ongoing platform optimization, and issue resolution.
