Dynamics CRM Consultant

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience in implementation projects for external clients is a strong advantage.
• Ability to conduct business analyses and gather requirements.
• Experience in configuring and parameterizing Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Knowledge of sales and customer service processes.
• Ability to create project and functional documentation.
• Good command of English for working in a project environment.
• Independence, responsibility, and very good communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with business clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience in external client projects.

• Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects for external clients.
• Analyze business processes and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Conduct analytical and consulting workshops with clients.
• Configure and parameterize the Dynamics 365 CRM system according to business requirements.
• Prepare project, analytical, and post-implementation documentation.
• Collaborate with the development team on designing and implementing custom solutions.
• Test implemented functionalities and support users during acceptance testing.
• Train end users and provide post-implementation client support.
