Lead AI & Full-stack Engineer (Founding Team)

ITFS is offering a remote position for a Lead AI & Full-stack Engineer to work on a development project involving AI agentic workflows and document processing pipelines.

• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience with documented production system deployments
• At least 3 years of commercial experience with Next.js
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and Python
• Experience in system design, data modeling, and API development
• Experience building and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure
• Focus on delivering business value through solutions
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as Codex and Claude
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced English proficiency at C1+ level

Nice to have:

• Startup experience, preferably pre-Series A stage
• Knowledge of AI agentic patterns including tool usage, orchestration, data retrieval, and structured generation
• Experience in legaltech, fintech, or regulated B2B SaaS sectors
• Familiarity with legal workflow mechanisms (contracts, entity formation, employment, intellectual property)
• Experience with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance or corporate readiness of systems

• Work with founders and clients
• Create and implement full-stack features from data models to user interfaces
• Independently manage product lifecycle functions including scoping, implementation, and testing
• Design and maintain backend systems and APIs supporting AI agentic workflows
• Build document processing pipelines
• Manage search infrastructure
• Manage infrastructure and observability on AWS platform
• Build AI agents
• Create document generation pipelines
• Develop systems generating company manuals
• Integrate LLM model capabilities with product interfaces
