Upvanta is seeking an experienced System Analyst for projects in the banking sector. The role involves analyzing and designing system solutions and collaborating with IT teams to implement new functionalities.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business or system analysis in the banking sector.
• Higher education in technical, economic, or banking fields.
• Knowledge of banking products and processes.
• Experience with investment funds, investment advisory, and savings products is a plus.
• Experience in implementing new functionalities in banking systems.
• Very good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Ability to create User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN/UML diagrams, API specifications, and system flows.
• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence, and basic SQL.
• Good understanding of IT system architecture (microservices, integrations, message queues, REST, SOAP).
• Highly developed communication skills, independence, and proactive approach.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good work organization and ability to work effectively under time pressure.
• English language proficiency enabling fluent communication in speech and writing.

• Identification of business needs and proposing optimal solutions.
• Defining and specifying functional and non-functional requirements.
• Modeling business processes (BPMN) and system flows.
• Creating and maintaining analytical and project documentation.
• Designing system services and integrations.
• Verifying key project documentation.
• Collaborating with business, architects, developers, and testers.
• Supporting testing processes and validating solution compliance.
• Participating in refinement, sprint planning, and Scrum presentations.
• Supporting ongoing project activities.
