Polcode is a global software house with a team of almost 100 professionals working on digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, and apps. They seek a highly creative UX/UI Designer for a long-term freelance partnership to work on a variety of digital projects remotely or from their Warsaw office.

• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and exceptional visual design skills
• Strong commercial experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• Ability to create modern, engaging, and visually distinctive experiences
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Strong command of modern UX/UI design tools and workflows, including wireframing and prototyping
• Confidence in turning ideas into polished design solutions
• Active use of AI tools as part of the design workflow
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English
