Project Manager

Scalo is involved in projects related to the banking industry, focusing on project management within banking processes including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects with defined schedules, milestones, and dependencies.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Experience in risk and compliance management in the financial sector, including working with KNF, EBA, AML/CFT, and DORA regulations
• Knowledge of credit, operational, market risk, AML/KYC processes, and compliance and regulatory initiatives
• Experience with risk and compliance management systems such as decision engines, data warehouses, monitoring systems, AML/Compliance platforms, and data integration between source, analytical, and reporting systems
• Ability to analyze business and technological changes impact on risk processes and identify regulatory dependencies
• Experience collaborating with Risk, Compliance, AML, Internal Audit, and IT departments on regulatory and transformation projects
• Experience planning and executing regulatory tests covering compliance, models, data, and operational processes
• Knowledge of market risk, ALM, Treasury, and IRRBB topics

• Manage projects within banking processes including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing with defined schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate project teams and collaborate with stakeholders in a multi-team environment
• Manage project scope, changes, and risks, including decomposing business goals into project scope and identifying and mitigating risks
• Ensure project compliance with banking regulations, standards, and IT requirements
• Oversee quality of delivered results
• Work in a hybrid model with office presence 2 days every 3 weeks in Warsaw or Wrocław
