DevOps Engineer

Ework Group is hiring for a DevOps Engineer role focused on developing and maintaining environments running on Weblogic and supporting an internal Cloud platform using Kubernetes. The role involves security updates, troubleshooting, and automation to ensure reliable and available environments for users, developers, and testers.

• Analytical mindset and self-driven with problem-solving skills through scripting
• Expertise in shell scripting (BASH preferred)
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes (MKE)
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles
• Solid experience in Linux administration
• Basic experience with CI/CD tools such as version control systems (GIT, Bitbucket) and automation servers (BAMBOO)
• Basic experience with Oracle stack (Database, Weblogic, Oracle Service Bus)
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Sonatype's Nexus and JFrog's Artifactory
• Working knowledge of Python
• Hands-on experience with application monitoring tools
• Basic knowledge of core enterprise infrastructure

• Enable security patching on all environments
• Ensure quality in deliveries to avoid issues during implementation
• Drive reliable and consistent automation of services
• Make independent decisions and solve advanced incidents promptly
• Execute changes and rollouts quickly
• Verify change resolution completion with users
• Troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack, including application and infrastructure
• Provide innovative and creative suggestions to improve everyday solutions
• Document Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting steps to maintain common knowledge artifacts
