Solution Architect - (AWS / Azure / Integration / SaaS)

• 7–10+ years in Solution / Enterprise Architecture
• Strong background in Legal / Compliance / Legal Operations systems (Matter Management, DMS, Legal Spend, Contract Management)
• Strong experience in cloud (AWS/Azure) and integration architecture
• Experience with SaaS enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce)
• Knowledge of API, middleware, and integration patterns
• Experience in global enterprise environments

Nice to have:

• LegalTech / RegTech experience
• MuleSoft or similar integration tools
• Snowflake / data platforms exposure
• AI / automation in enterprise systems

• Design end-to-end solution architecture for Legal Operations
• Integrate SaaS platforms into enterprise IT landscape
• Define non-functional requirements (security, scalability, compliance)
• Lead architecture discussions with vendors and IT teams
• Review existing architecture and reduce technical debt
• Run proof of concepts and evaluate new technologies
• Create architecture documentation (diagrams, UML)
