• Administering RADIX and NEFENI systems
• Managing systems during elections and referenda
• Administering ZUS and PFRON settlement systems
• Managing support systems for invoicing, legal document editing, and reporting portals
• Administering and securing the computer network and employee computers
• Designing and expanding the network
• Procuring and maintaining network and computer equipment
• Developing regulations for computer and network data protection
• Collaborating with WOKiSS on email mailbox management
• Planning, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and office devices
• Performing daily backups and archiving data
• Implementing, installing, configuring, and updating software
• Supervising software license legality and renewal
• Purchasing computer accessories and consumables
• Supervising legal software
• Disposing of used toner cartridges
• Cooperating with GUS on agricultural and population censuses
• Administering the website www.wapno.pl
• Managing documentation for fixed assets accounting
• Preparing reports and maintaining registers
• Preparing archival files
• Serving as Administrator of the Public Information Bulletin
• Operating the HD System plus voting and debate system
• Acting as System Administrator
• Supervising alarm system maintenance and related contracts
• Serving as Information Security Inspector with duties including training, monitoring security incidents, log analysis, threat assessment, emergency planning, and documentation management
• Performing other tasks assigned by superiors related to the employment relationship
