Wymagania

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, networking software, automation, or platform engineering.
  • Proven track record in pre-sales or solutions architecture, managing technical deals from initial call to close.
  • Hands-on experience architecting campus, branch, edge, or WAN environments or related software.
  • Ability to run discovery workshops, extract requirements, and produce statements of work, timelines, and effort estimates.
  • Experience building and demonstrating proofs-of-concept, ideally with automation tools like Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Strong knowledge of SDN, SD-WAN, campus/branch/edge architectures, routing and switching, Kubernetes networking, Terraform, Ansible, Python/Go, Netconf/YANG, OpenTelemetry, cloud and multi-cloud networking, AIOps platforms, and CI/CD automation.
  • Understanding of enterprise network operations challenges and long technical sales cycles.
  • Strong workshop and presentation skills, credible with engineering and operations leaders.
  • Fluent English (B2 or above).
  • Flexibility to work hours including afternoons and evenings for US client calls.

Nice to have:

  • Experience at networking or cloud-native infrastructure vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Ericsson, VMware/Broadcom, Red Hat, HashiCorp, Palo Alto Networks, Dell, IBM, or HPE.
  • History of building reusable offerings or reference architectures.
  • Experience working alongside sales or business development as a technical lead, providing decks, profiles, and pitches.

Obowiązki

  • Be the technical lead on deals, guiding Business Development Managers on what to pitch and how to land it.
  • Own the toolkit used by the Go-To-Market team, including offering decks, solution write-ups, and reusable reference patterns.
  • Evaluate and prioritize enterprise-network clients and deals.
  • Lead discovery and architecture workshops with Business Development Managers, addressing client pain points like slow provisioning and alert fatigue.
  • Manage proposals, statements of work, and commercial strategy through to contract signature.
  • Oversee hands-on work across SDN, SD-WAN, Netconf/YANG, Terraform, Ansible, Python/Go, Kubernetes networking, OpenTelemetry, event-driven automation, and AIOps.
