Wymagania
- 10+ years of experience in datacenter networking, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
- Proven track record in pre-sales or solutions architecture, managing technical deals from initial call to close.
- Hands-on experience building or selling networking solutions and architecting real systems.
- Ability to build and present proofs-of-concept, ideally using automation tools such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Strong knowledge in several of the following: Linux networking, switching and routing, SmartNIC/DPU, DPDK/VPP, FPGA acceleration, SDN data planes, Kubernetes networking, network security, virtualization, observability, and AI-infrastructure networking.
- Comfortable with enterprise procurement processes and long technical sales cycles.
- Ability to engage senior buyers (CIO, VP Infrastructure, VP Engineering) and translate engineering depth into business value.
- Fluent English (B2 or above).
- Willingness to work flexible hours including afternoon and evening calls with US clients.
Nice to have:
- Experience at a networking or infrastructure vendor such as Cisco, Juniper, NVIDIA, Intel, Arista, Nokia, VMware/Broadcom, Nutanix, Dell, HPE, or Palo Alto Networks.
- History of building reusable reference architectures or productized offerings.
- Experience working alongside sales or business development as a technical lead, providing decks, profiles, and pitches.
Obowiązki
Technical leadership and sales support:
- Act as the technical lead on pursuits, supporting Business Development Managers with direction on pitches and winning strategies.
- Build and maintain offering decks, solution collateral, and reference architectures reused by the go-to-market team.
- Define client profiles targeted for data-center and AI-infrastructure modernization and help qualify incoming deals.
- Run technical discovery and architecture sessions with clients alongside Business Development Managers.
- Translate infrastructure challenges into proposals and statements of work, supporting commercial negotiations.
- Own solution design across datacenter fabric modernization, AI-inference readiness, SmartNIC/DPU offload, Linux networking and packet processing, segmentation and security, and hybrid-cloud networking.
- Guide hands-on work involving DPDK, VPP, eBPF/XDP, P4, SmartNICs/DPUs, FPGA/GPU offload, SONiC, Kubernetes networking, and Open vSwitch.
