Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect (f/m/x)

The company supports remote, hybrid, and office work across multiple locations in Poland.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with strong technical knowledge of its core capabilities
• Ability to create solution designs for SFMC-based marketing technology solutions and understand SFMC architecture, data model, automations, journeys, segmentation, and campaign execution
• Proven experience with SFMC integrations with external systems, data platforms, CRM systems, APIs, or middleware
• Ability to challenge, explain, and defend technical design decisions in front of Architects and senior technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical topics for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Fluency in English

• Create end-to-end solution designs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements and technical standards
• Translate business, marketing, and data requirements into clear technical concepts, solution designs, integration flows, and implementation guidelines
• Design scalable SFMC solutions covering data model, customer journeys, automation, segmentation, personalization, campaign execution, and integrations
• Present, justify, and defend proposed solution designs to Architects and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, data teams, integration teams, architects, developers, and external vendors
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, assumptions, and design trade-offs, proposing practical mitigation options
• Ensure SFMC solutions follow best practices for performance, maintainability, scalability, compliance, and security
• Provide guidance to delivery teams during implementation to ensure consistency with approved design
