Business Data Analyst

Holisticon Connect is a division within NEXER GROUP, a custom software development company started in Poland in 2017 with a team of over 140 people. The company works with world-renowned brands from Scandinavia, the UK, and Western Europe, focusing on competence growth.

Business Analysis experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Data Analyst.
• Proven experience working in complex, integrated environments involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience with process modelling, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Solid knowledge of UML and BPMN modelling techniques.

Data & Analytics background:

• Experience working with data-related solutions and end-to-end data processes.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, data lifecycle management, and reporting environments.
• Practical experience with Power BI (advanced level), Snowflake, SQL and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau), and VBA.
• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives.

Regulatory & domain knowledge:

• Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, compliance, governance, healthcare, life sciences, finance).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to data management, auditability, and traceability.
• Ability to operate within environments requiring strong documentation, governance, and quality standards.

Additionally appreciated:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences organizations.
• Understanding of clinical trial planning, execution, and analysis processes.
• Experience with consent management, data privacy, or GDPR-related initiatives.
• Familiarity with User-Centred Design, Design Thinking, UX/UI concepts, or business process design.
• Basic Python knowledge.
• Technical or business-related degree.

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze, model, and optimize end-to-end business processes and data flows.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activities with global stakeholders.
• Support initiatives related to data governance, data quality, master data management, and consent management.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Architects, and Development Teams.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, internal governance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across global business units.
