• Active student status in Bachelor's or Master's studies, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Service Management, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Availability of at least 25 hours per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in understanding system and process interactions.
• Basic knowledge of databases or data structures, scripting or programming logic (e.g., JavaScript, Python), and web technologies is a plus.
• Interest in working in agile teams and contributing to shared goals.
• Structured, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

• Gain hands-on experience in managing and developing the ServiceNow platform.
• Support platform administrators and architects in ensuring stable operations.
• Implement improvements to the platform.
• Deliver value to internal customers.
