AI Engineer - Agents & SDLC

Match-Trade Technologies is a technology company located in Warszawa, specializing in AI engineering with a focus on autonomous agents and large language models (LLM).

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with practical work on LLMs and production deployment of agent systems.
• Experience writing evaluations and monitoring quality, costs, and reliability of LLM workflows (observability).
• Knowledge of AI system security issues such as prompt injection, guardrails, and access/data control.
• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Solid programming foundations, preferably in Java.
• Daily use of Claude Code, Codex, Kiro, or Gemini CLI.

Nice to have:

• Own LLM project deployed beyond localhost (bot, web app, agent).
• Experience with MCP / Anthropic API or other LLM providers.
• Tools for LLM evaluation and observability (e.g., LangSmith, Langfuse).
• Experience with Docker, Cloud, CI/CD.
• Experience in fintech, trading, or low-latency systems.
• Interest in crypto or blockchain.
• Participation in hackathons, publications, open source contributions.

• Design and implement autonomous agent systems from prototype to production.
• Create and maintain evaluations, monitor and optimize quality, costs, and reliability of LLM workflows.
• Work on agent security including protection against prompt injection, guardrails, and access/data control.
• Build coding and review bots and automate repetitive SDLC stages.
• Test and deploy new models and solutions in the LLM domain.
• Collaborate with the AI engineering team through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and setting standards.

The job is primarily for employment contract but cooperation under other legal forms (B2B, mandate contract) is possible upon candidate's request and individual agreement. All cooperation forms comply with labor law and equal treatment principles.
