• Higher or secondary education with at least 2 years (higher education) or 3 years (secondary education) of professional experience.

• Analyze business and system aspects of implemented technical solutions and optimize existing ones.

• Automate business processes and implement technical solutions to improve department work.
• Handle error reports related to department IT systems and provide technical user support.

• Administer SharePoint and Confluence spaces, including permission management and user support.
