Senior IT Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar area
• Experience managing complex IT programs and projects
• Experience with implementation projects in large financial organizations
• Knowledge of MS Project
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Fluent in Polish (C1)
• Fluent in English (C1)

• Manage project teams
• Coordinate collaboration between business and technology areas
• Oversee execution of multiple parallel initiatives within the project portfolio
• Monitor project schedules
• Manage project risks
• Coordinate testing activities

The recruitment and onboarding process is conducted remotely and includes a phone interview (up to 30 minutes) and a remote meeting with the project Product Owner (30-60 minutes).
