Data Analyst with AI

Devire Outsourcing IT is a partnership dedicated to self-employed IT specialists executing projects for leading IT companies. The role is for a client who is a leading IT solutions provider working on a project to build a modern Business Intelligence and Analytics platform for the staffing industry, integrating data from multiple ERP systems across different countries into a single solution delivering insights, dashboards, and reusable datasets for reporting.

AI & Productivity:

• Strong practical experience using advanced AI tools in daily development.
• Experience with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or Codex.
• Understanding of AI agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Harness Engineering, and Git Worktrees.
• Ability to use AI to significantly accelerate development and improve productivity.

ETL & Data Engineering:

• Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Pandas, NumPy and DuckDB (or similar analytical SQL engines).
• Advanced SQL.
• Experience building ETL pipelines.
• Experience integrating data from APIs, Azure, AWS and SQL databases.

Business Intelligence:

• Building datasets and dashboards in BI tools.
• Strong dashboard design skills with filters and interactive visualizations.
• Experience with Apache Superset is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud environments.
• BI security and permissions management.
• Workflow orchestration and ETL parallelization.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-first engineering environment.

• Design and develop end-to-end ETL and analytics pipelines using Python.
• Build curated datasets for reporting and customer-facing dashboards.
• Gather business requirements and define meaningful KPIs with stakeholders.
• Create interactive BI dashboards that enable customers to analyze and filter data.
• Optimize data processing and ensure solutions scale efficiently across multiple customers.
