Wintel Engineer

• Proven experience in Windows Server administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and core Windows services
• Experience with VMware or other virtualization technologies
• Basic scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Understanding of security best practices
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes is a plus
• Microsoft certifications and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) are advantages

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022/2025)
• Manage core services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Perform system installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across Wintel environments
• Support and maintain virtualized environments (VMware)
• Ensure security compliance through patching and system hardening
• Collaborate with network, backup, security, and application teams
• Participate in Disaster Recovery activities and testing
• Maintain technical documentation and follow ITIL/ITSM processes
