Product Manager - Developer Platform

Snowflake is the Data Cloud, a global network where thousands of organizations mobilize data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. The Developer Platform team focuses on delivering an exceptional, developer-first experience to empower data engineers and app developers by providing seamless and intuitive tools to build with data.

• 3-5 years of product management experience with developer-facing tools, cloud services, or technical infrastructure products, or 5+ years of engineering experience in developer tools transitioning to product management.
• Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), and API design principles.
• Ability to engage in deep technical discussions about product architecture and trade-offs.
• Empathy for developers working with data and passion for solving workflow challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points For:

• Technical degree (CS or Engineering) or equivalent software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or Terraform.

• Own the product backlog and day-to-day execution for a key feature area of the developer platform.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and clear specifications for the engineering team.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the product, supporting engineering, marketing, sales, and the developer community.
• Define and analyze metrics measuring product success and adoption.
• Partner with senior product leaders to align feature roadmap with broader strategic goals.
• Engage directly with the developer community to understand workflows, pain points, and needs.
