• Work with experienced specialists and administrators to resolve incidents, problems, and other requests.
• Handle telephone support in the service system according to internal standards and procedures.
• Manage and resolve IT-related tickets.
• Support employees with their local work environment.
• Learn about modern infrastructure and application architecture.
• Get acquainted with Office365 products, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow applications.
• Learn Agile methodology, ITIL, and processes such as Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Learn about modern cloud solutions.
