Engineering Manager (fixed term contract)

At Auctane, we help businesses deliver mail and shipping solutions globally, supporting hundreds of thousands of businesses with products like ShipStation, Stamps.com, and Packlink. Our partners include Amazon, UPS, USPS, eBay, BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Walmart.

• Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying solutions in AWS.
• Expertise in low-latency, high-throughput API systems using Domain-Driven Design.
• Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration).
• Proven experience in at least one object-oriented programming language (C#, Java, Python).
• Experience developing CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure automation with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Commitment to Continuous Delivery practices.
• Passion for full team ownership including product lifecycle and after-hours support.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages or technologies.
• Ability to balance quality product delivery with challenging deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills.
