Senior - Process Automation Developer w SAIO

SAIO is a company belonging to the ING capital group. It provides an RPA platform and professional services in automation and AI. SAIO develops robotic and AI tools both internally for the ING Group and for the external market, currently cooperating with over 100 clients. Their solution is suitable wherever processes are repetitive, manual, error-prone, and require significant human resources. SAIO implements solutions across various industries and business areas such as accounting, HR, procurement, e-commerce, and logistics.

• Commercial experience programming in C# and Python
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience creating workflows or process automation using any RPA, Low-Code, or BPM tools
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions
• Familiarity with good programming practices including code readability, testability, and maintainability
• Clear and precise technical communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Polish at minimum C1 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling
• Experience with RPA/workflow tools such as SAIO, Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and working with APIs
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience automating banking or financial processes
• Ability to effectively create prompts for AI assistants (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Grok) and use AI in daily development work
• Knowledge of other languages or technologies such as JavaScript

• Automate business processes (robots, workflows) on the SAIO platform
• Design, develop, and maintain robots and workflows supporting banking and operational processes
• Create and develop automation applications and components in C#
• Integrate robots with internal systems such as databases, APIs, and back-end systems
• Analyze business processes and propose optimizations through automation
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners
• Participate in testing solutions, deployments, and resolving production incidents
• Maintain code quality, readability, stability, and security
