AI Fullstack Engineer

Antal is hiring for a role focused on developing modern AI products supporting organizational transformation, involving enterprise-level projects with LLM, RAG, and AI agents.

• Experience as a Full Stack Developer or AI Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Python and/or Java or Node.js.
• Experience with REST API, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of React and TypeScript or another modern frontend framework.
• Practical experience with LLM models, embeddings, and RAG architecture.
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, vector databases, or Graph Databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one public cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Terraform, and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of secure programming, OWASP, and authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agentic AI and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, Explainable AI, and Model Governance.
• Experience building developer platforms or reusable AI components.
• Experience in the financial sector or other regulated environments.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Full Stack applications utilizing AI and Machine Learning.
• Creating services based on LLM models, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Calling, and Guardrails mechanisms.
• Building APIs and microservices integrating AI models with business systems and data sources.
• Developing data pipelines for data retrieval, transformation, indexing, and search.
• Developing modern user interfaces such as chatbots, AI Copilot, workflow assistants, and dashboards.
• Implementing MLOps/LLMOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and quality control.
• Designing and executing unit, integration, performance tests, and AI model evaluations.
• Optimizing applications for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Ensuring application security following Secure by Design and Privacy by Design principles.
• Collaborating with Product, UX, Data, and Business teams on AI product delivery.
