• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Informatics, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and customer lifecycle marketing
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and database queries
• Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Basic understanding of Liquid, JavaScript, or similar technologies
• Interest in personalization, customer experience, and data-driven marketing

• Support the creation and execution of customer engagement campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns using Braze
• Build and maintain customer journeys with personalized communication paths
• Create and customize HTML email templates aligned with campaign objectives
• Develop audience segments using SQL and customer behavior data
• Implement dynamic content and personalization using Liquid templating
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and technology teams
• Support campaign testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization initiatives
