Project Manager

Scalo is a company involved in managing complex transformational projects, particularly in corporate environments, with experience in banking, finance, and insurance sectors.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience managing complex transformational projects in corporate environments
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum)
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risks
• Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels, including management
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
• Highly developed organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in banking, financial, or insurance sectors is an advantage

• Managing project portfolios and coordinating multiple initiatives within transformation programs
• Ensuring project goals align with organizational strategic objectives
• Operational management of projects and programs including scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risks
• Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring project risks and coordinating mitigation actions
• Coordinating business requirements gathering and analysis with business owners
• Managing changes in projects and programs
• Conducting project communication and reporting to stakeholders, Steering Committee, and Project Office
• Planning and prioritizing activities according to guidelines
• Monitoring budget usage and reporting deviations with recommendations for corrective actions
• Managing quality of projects and programs
• Closing projects and settling project budgets
• Collaborating with business teams, IT, and external suppliers
• Working in a hybrid model: 2 days per month in the Warsaw office
