Software Engineer II

• 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and approaches
• Strong coding skills and solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Disciplined approach to testing, QA, and production reliability
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with professional engineering practices: unit testing, code reviews, design documents

• Build scalable, fast, and robust web and backend services that solve complex business problems
• Implement new product features and optimize existing systems to improve performance, availability, and user experience
• Collaborate with product, design, and tech-ops to define requirements, iterate on solutions, and deliver value quickly
• Own quality end-to-end: write unit and integration tests, participate in thorough code reviews, and monitor production health
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive long-term fixes to prevent recurrence
