Test Manager

BlueSoft is an innovative Software House belonging to the Orange Group. Established in 2002, it currently employs over 1000 engineers skilled in more than 200 technologies.

• 3–5 years of leadership or managerial experience in strategic roles (e.g., QA Program Manager, QA Area Lead).
• Proven success in designing, implementing, and unifying testing strategies in organizations.
• Technical knowledge in designing scalable test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) including API and non-functional testing automation.
• Strong change management skills.
• Experience designing strategies and processes for managing test data in complex, interconnected system environments.
• Ability to define, implement, and interpret key quality metrics.

• Design and implement a comprehensive, long-term QA strategy and testing standards for the entire business area (multi-team).
• Select, unify, and oversee scalable test automation approaches.
• Promote and implement Shift-Left Testing to shift quality responsibility to early stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Standardize testing processes and definitions (DoR/DoD).
• Define and monitor central quality metrics (e.g., Escaped Defect Rate, Defect Density) and build management dashboards reflecting real quality status.
• Manage change and resistance effectively to implement new standards in development teams and break down silos.
