• Ability to identify business goals and problems
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements (workshops, interviews, surveys)
• Ability to map business needs to IT and process solutions
• Experience in prioritizing requirements
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in business product development
• Knowledge of process analysis methods (e.g., BPMN)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Analyze and optimize business processes
• Identify areas for improvement and automation
• Collaborate and communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Support the design of system and process solutions
• Participate in the production process by analyzing, refining requirements, and supporting teams
