• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large behavioral datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
• Experience supporting or conducting AB tests, including owning reporting and ensuring statistical validity.
• Foundational statistical analysis skills to interpret correlations and basic regression models.
• Experience supporting analysis projects from data extraction to visualization.
• Ability to present data clearly and translate findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with product analytics tools or similar to understand user behavior (e.g., Heap, ContentSquare, Google Analytics/GA4).

• Support regular trading decisions by reporting on key business metrics and identifying performance opportunities.
• Perform tactical, deep-dive analysis on user behavior and sales data to understand friction points and trends impacting conversion.
• Create and maintain high-quality dashboards in Tableau.
• Contribute to the development of self-serve analytical solutions and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Assist in analysis of the end-to-end customer journey and audience segmentation.
• Execute CRM AB tests including defining success criteria, setting up tests, owning reporting, and presenting findings.
• Create and automate new data sources into email and push marketing platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve personalization and relevancy of marketing.
• Prepare and present initial findings and analysis summaries to stakeholders.
