Senior AR Analyst with Hungarian

IBM Consulting works with leading companies across industries to support their hybrid cloud and AI journeys, leveraging IBM technology and Red Hat. The Senior AR Analyst role is part of the Enterprise Operations team based in Krakow, Poland, focusing on accounts receivable processes.

• Fluent Hungarian and English required; Romanian is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, SAP, and HRC
• BA or MA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and prepare reports
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills to interact effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience coordinating efforts with cross-functional groups
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and commitment to compliance with policies and regulations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet deadlines

• Manage the end-to-end process of accounts receivable including credit management, collection management, cash application, dispute and deduction, and trade spend management
