Project Manager

• Higher education, preferably in management, economics, or computer science
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or business projects in banking
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Program Manager managing multiple projects
• Experience in projects related to creating banking documentation under regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of project methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Scrum, SAFe) with relevant certification
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Fluent English communication skills at minimum C1 level
• Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience working in teams and building relationships
• Experience in public speaking and presentations to large groups
• Experience working in the banking sector within international organizations
• Experience working with distributed international teams
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers
