Senior IT Project Manager

Xtreme Brands is a modern ecosystem of brands in the fitness and wellbeing area, including market leaders such as the Xtreme Fitness Gyms network and innovative movement centers for children called Xtreme KiDS. The organization is data-driven and passionate about sport, building a scalable franchise model aiming to cover up to 750 locations by 2030.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects or business transformations, managing projects independently without operational supervision.
• Documented experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in environments with many stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of classical (Prince2, PMP) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
• Experience working with external suppliers (contracts, quality and deadline control, renegotiations).
• Good knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Jira, ClickUp or similar) and documentation tools (SharePoint, Confluence).
• Ability to manage risk, budget, and scope, including making difficult decisions during projects.
• Excellent communication, assertiveness, and skills in conducting workshops and moderating difficult discussions with business and suppliers.
• Language skills: Polish and English at minimum B2 level.

• Independently manage IT and cross-departmental projects from initiation to closure, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Define goals and acceptance criteria with sponsors and business owners.
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and provide regular reports to the Management Board and steering committee.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers (agencies, integrators, SaaS providers).
• Plan and control project budgets, participate in procurement processes, and negotiate scopes and contracts.
• Collaborate with change management teams on launches, training, and adoption monitoring.
• Co-create project management standards in the organization (templates, decision gates, reporting).
