Software Engineer (Java/Kotlin)

• Knowledge of Kotlin, Java, Spring, Kafka, Kubernetes.

• Design, build, and optimize high-availability, high-performance systems handling thousands of requests per minute.
• Work with a modern, cloud-native tech stack: Kotlin, Spring, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• Join an agile, autonomous team with full ownership of microservices, from design to deployment.
• Tackle complex backend challenges including distributed systems, data streaming, and algorithmic optimization.
• Own the quality of product content in Allegro's product catalog, building AI-driven pipelines for content generation and evaluation.
• Run A/B experiments to validate catalog content quality and optimize the buyer path.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, product managers, data analysts, and quality specialists.
• Work in a hybrid model (4/1) with flexible working hours starting between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, plus up to 30 days of occasional remote work.
