Software Engineer (Java / Kotlin)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java
• English language skills at B2+ level
• Willingness to occasionally develop frontend components
• Polish language proficiency

• Work in a full-stack team covering frontend, backend, and large-scale data processing
• Participate in the One Account strategic transformation initiative
• Use AI tools in daily work and development processes
• Work within a mature Scrum environment using world-class infrastructure
• Travel quarterly to Poznań for team workshops
