Business Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization
• Ability to identify business goals and problems
• Experience gathering and refining requirements (workshops, interviews, surveys)
• Ability to map business needs to IT/process solutions
• Experience prioritizing requirements
• Collaboration with development teams
• Higher education

• Experience in banking projects
• Knowledge of Jira

• Participate in a banking sector project
• Analyze and optimize business processes
• Identify improvements and automation opportunities
• Communicate with stakeholders
