Obowiązki
- Support clients in daily work with enterprise management software.
- Receive and handle user requests and assist in resolving current issues.
- Conduct training sessions on system usage.
- Analyze clients' business processes and propose software usage improvements.
- Collect client needs and requirements and communicate them to the development team.
- Configure the system according to client requirements and established procedures.
- Participate in the implementation of new functionalities for clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and support their business process development.
