• Knowledge of complex business processes and ability to model and translate them into technical language.
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, and ARCHIMATE notations.
• Experience with API integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Ability to create clear technical and user documentation.
• Practical knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Git, MS Office.
• Openness to work in a hybrid system.

• Programming skills in C#, HTML, Python, Java.
• Experience collaborating with automation testers.
• Experience in Agile teams.
• Knowledge of Ferryt and nAxiom platforms.
• Higher education, preferably in programming-related fields (informatics, automation, robotics, etc.).
• Experience in the financial or banking sector.
• English language proficiency sufficient to understand technical documentation.

• Implement business requirements documented as user stories.
• Independently create and develop scalable business applications in a low-code environment.
• Create data models, screens, interfaces, and processes based on BPM engine, including stateful and stateless processes.
• Define, prepare, and implement solution architecture, technical components, and shared libraries ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Design and implement advanced integration mechanisms (REST, SOAP, queues) for efficient system communication.
• Provide technical consultations for analytical teams.
• Create technical, deployment, and user documentation.
• Conduct developer testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with testers, analysts, business users, and administrators.
• Actively participate in quality verification of the developed business solution.
