SAP Tech-Functional Lead

It operates more than 150 physical stores and an online shop, focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction in the retail sector.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of retail industry processes, scale, pace, and changes.
• Ability to connect technology with business processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC, HANA, S/4HANA, Fiori, EWM, Integrations (PI/PO), Basis (architecture level), and FICO.
• Experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, or major transformations.
• Communication skills and ability to listen.

Nice to have:

• Experience as Tech Lead or SAP Lead.
• Experience working in agile and integrated retail environments.

• Lead SAP developer and consultant teams with hands-on involvement.
• Communicate with retail business to translate needs into SAP solutions.
• Decide on standard SAP capabilities versus custom developments.
• Maintain coherent SAP architecture and integrations (PI/PO and related).
• Co-create the SAP development roadmap.
• Support the team with knowledge and experience without micromanagement.
• Collaborate with external partners when necessary.
• Act as a partner for both IT and business discussions.
