Wymagania
- Consistency and proactivity in actions
- Empathy towards users
- Practical communicative knowledge of English in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, especially Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (including hybrid Exchange Online / Exchange On-Premise), directory services, and user identity management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems including configuration, administration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Ability to independently diagnose and effectively solve hardware and software problems on workstations, peripheral devices, and servers
- Knowledge of user administration, permissions, and security policies in a domain environment
- Basic knowledge of Linux system administration and computer networks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network device configuration
- Knowledge of basic IT security principles including workstation protection, update management, backups, and incident response
- Good knowledge of Office 365 suite, especially Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and user administration
- Experience in creating business applications and maintaining automation processes using Microsoft Power Apps & Power Automate
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and identifying causes of failures and irregularities
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communication skills, independence, and ability to cooperate with users and service providers
- Good self-organization and responsibility for assigned tasks
