• Practical communicative knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, especially Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (including hybrid Exchange Online / Exchange On-Premise), directory services, and user identity management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems including configuration, administration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Ability to independently diagnose and effectively solve hardware and software problems on workstations, peripheral devices, and servers
• Knowledge of user administration, permissions, and security policies in a domain environment
• Basic knowledge of Linux system administration and computer networks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network device configuration
• Knowledge of basic IT security principles including workstation protection, update management, backups, and incident response
• Good knowledge of Office 365 suite, especially Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and user administration
• Experience in creating business applications and maintaining automation processes using Microsoft Power Apps & Power Automate
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and identifying causes of failures and irregularities
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communication skills, independence, and ability to cooperate with users and service providers
• Good self-organization and responsibility for assigned tasks

• Provide ongoing IT support for office users and consultants in company stores
• Configure hardware, operating systems, and computer software
• Administer and service ICT infrastructure
• Automate business processes programmatically, including using Microsoft Power Apps
• Work with ITSM tools
