Senior ERP Project Manager

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. The company operates internationally and covers sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP or other enterprise solution implementation projects.
• Practical experience managing the full project lifecycle from planning to completion.
• Experience with data migration projects and organizational change preparation.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Very good command of English for working in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics financial modules.
• Understanding of financial processes such as General Ledger (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Project Accounting.

• Independently lead ERP implementation projects and other business applications.
• Plan schedules, manage scope, budget, risks, and execution of project stages.
• Coordinate collaboration between business and IT teams, including finance, sales, HR, and services.
• Monitor work progress, identify risks, and propose effective corrective actions.
• Support data migration processes and oversee proper preparation and validation.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure smooth communication at all organizational levels.
• Report project status to the global program and ensure compliance with established standards.
