Senior Product Manager (Ledger Domain)

• 5+ years experience in fintech, banking, or payments with ledger, balances, and reconciliation ownership.
• Strong knowledge of double-entry ledger and money movement processes.
• Proven ability to manage roadmap dependencies and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business teams.
• High independence and self-starter attitude.
• High level of ownership and responsibility for implemented products.

• Experience with core-ledger build or migration.
• Experience with client money segregation and reporting/audit-focused platforms.

• Own the Ledger domain: set product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cash Manager service and core ledger.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery focusing on stability, scalability, auditability, and SLAs.
• Drive cross-team integration by defining APIs, onboarding standards, and delivery plans with Payments, Trading, Back Office, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Data, and Customer Operations.
• Define and deliver a double-entry core ledger for end-to-end accounting including client money segregation and full traceability.
• Ensure correctness of money movement for deposits and withdrawals, including posting rules, fees, FX, reversals, cutoffs, idempotency, and reconciliation.
• Support data quality and reconciliation outcomes such as daily balances, break management, settlement workflows, and alignment between ledger, bank statements, and downstream systems.
• Define migration and rollout approach to core ledger with measurable KPIs for accuracy, latency, and incident reduction.
