Senior Software AI Developer (Business Intelligence)

• Proficient knowledge of Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
• Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Experience integrating LLM or GenAI solutions in production systems
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and document retrieval flows
• Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Proficient understanding of relational databases and business data modeling
• Ability to make independent architectural decisions and mentor other engineers

Nice to have:

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks

• Knowledge of Power BI / Power BI SDK and Microsoft ecosystem

• Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Language skills: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

• Design and develop analytical web applications used across the organization
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Django / FastAPI (Python)
• Create modern and intuitive user interfaces for analytical and business applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and teams to deliver new features and improve existing solutions
• Design and implement integrations with internal systems and data sources
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and code quality through best engineering practices
• Contribute to architectural decisions, CI/CD processes, and technical standards within the team
• Drive development of AI-based features including integration with LLM, RAG pipelines, and intelligent data flows, and help shape the technical direction of AI solutions on the platform
